1/ 5. Purchased Julbo Cham Mountain Sunglasses with Spectron Polarized 3 Lens on sale. On 14th day after purchase found the same item on a bigger sale on Amazon. Called customer service for price match (price match is a part of Moosejaw policy). Customer service came up with unreasonable excuse not to award the price match. I contacted Mountain Steals customer service and they gave me the SAME tracking number and said to ask my local post office for the boots. I explained that Alaska and Arizona are over 2,000 miles away but got no response. I started asking for the boots or my money back at that time. The last time I contacted them (in October, 2023) they said ... Most of what Moosejaw sells are the same brands you’d find at REI or the like. They have an in-house brand for some things (mostly t-shirts and other causal clothing), but I haven’t purchased any of those products from them. Reviews on all those products seem to be fine.
